This policy covers pfpfi.pages.dev, the website of Prep & Profit Financials ("we", "us"). It explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to reach us about it.
What you give us
When you book a consultation from the package builder, we receive your name and email, plus your business name, phone number and note if you add them, and the package you built: your industry, scale, add-ons and whether you take cash.
Please don't send bank statements, tax documents, Social Security numbers or account numbers through this website. We'll arrange how to share records during your consultation.
What is collected automatically
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver this website and protect it from abuse.
- To stop spam, the booking form keeps a counter tied to your network address. It expires on its own after about an hour.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may check signals from your browser to tell people from bots when you submit the form.
- While you build a package, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't erase them. They stay on your device and clear when you close the tab, unless you choose to book.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and this website doesn't use cookies to track you.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply about your package, set up your consultation and prepare a proposal. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts this website, runs its spam protection and stores booking requests in our database. Cloudflare handles this information on our behalf to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Booking requests stay in our records until we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email adailey.aash@gmail.com or call 443-305-9887. We'll confirm when it's done.
Children
This website is for business owners. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how this website handles information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
